Acceptance
By using ComplyIT365, your organisation agrees to these terms and the associated Data Processing Agreement.
Subscriptions
Fees are billed per seat, per month or per annum, based on the plan selected. Overages are billed monthly in arrears.
Acceptable use
You will not resell the platform, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful activities.
Uptime
Growth and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days.
